• Device Data: Browser type, IP address, and Telegram platform metadata.

We use the information we collect to:

• Build, train, and personalize your AI Twin.
• Maintain and improve AI accuracy and engagement quality.
• Communicate with you about features, updates, and support.
• Process payments and revenue sharing (Revenue Twin).
• Enforce our Terms and detect abuse or misuse of the platform.

3. Who Has Access to the Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share data only under these conditions:

• Service Providers: Hosting, AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI), and payment processors.

Client Data: Retained for the duration of your agreement. Upon termination, data is securely deleted unless required for legal purposes.

User Data (AI Twin Users): Chat histories are stored for personalization and moderation. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

5. AI Content & Moderation

AI Twins are powered by advanced language models. While we strive to ensure respectful, safe interactions, the AI may generate unpredictable content.

SFW and NSFW versions are distinctly managed. NSFW mode is only deployed in accordance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• End-to-end encrypted communication with the Telegram API.
• Secure servers and databases.
• Role-based access control for team members.

Despite our efforts, no method of data transmission is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge this risk.

ClonexAI is based in Slovakia and adheres to the GDPR. If you are accessing our services from outside the EU, you consent to data transfer and processing in accordance with EU law.
